She made me eat tomatoes.

My buddy Anna Pop made this incredible cornbread tomato cobbler and shared some with me. I can honestly say that's one of the first times I have ever enjoyed a tomato. Well done Pop!

Ratatat!

My lady coworker Julia Schrenkler has shared her awe-inspiring lunch with us today. Since she just moved close to work, she goes home and dines with her doggy over lunch most days. Her food is currently making my mouth water, and her situation is making me miss my kitty! Well done, Julia. Well done.

Incredi-yum!

My lady buddy Andrea Klaasen created this amazing lunch dish from an unlikely source. Here's her delicious description:

This was originally a lunch that was just going to be a Lean
Cuisine-only affair, which is both underwhelming and sad...but
convenient and easy. However, with little extra effort, it's a lunch
you can eat and retain a little dignity while doing so! First I plated
it (a key move) then  added some mixed greens with olive oil and a
side of asiago peppercorn bread and a dash of Italian seasoning.

Much improved.
