Super on-the-ball this week.

Last night I had a blast of efficiency and readied Monday and Tuesday's lunches AND snacks, y'all.
Unpictured: my morning bananas.

lunch: lemon pasta with parm, corn, carrots, tots, brocc, grapes, hummy.
snacker: mashed potatoes, summer sausage, mild cheddar cheese.

How awesome is it that you have mashed potatoes packed for a snack? Ha!

Thank you! I felt awkward packing that on Sunday night but every day around 2:30 or 3 I thank myself SO HARD for having thought outside the box.
